Brooke E. Pearsons

Brooke Pearsons is an attorney in the Workers’ Compensation and Litigation Departments at Higgins, Cavanagh & Cooney. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.

Before joining the firm, Brooke served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Court. There, she worked closely with the trial judges, appellate division, and court mediator to successfully resolve matters of all kinds.

Brooke graduated magna cum laude from Roger Williams University School of Law, where she served as an editor for the Law Review. She also attended Roger Williams University for her B.S. degree in Criminal Justice. During her undergraduate studies, Brooke helped found a club dedicated to educating the campus community and providing resources for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
