Peter was born in Providence, Rhode Island and graduated from the University of Rhode Island and received a J.D. with honors from New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. He was a member of the 1993 National Tax Moot Court team. Peter is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Rhode Island and Connecticut and concentrates his practice in the areas of Insurance Defense, Product Liability and Family Law.
