Paul is a partner in the firm's litigation department and a Massachusetts native. He graduated with honors from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and received his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University. Paul is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island where his practice is concentrated in the defense of tort, product liability and insurance coverage claims including related appellate work. He is a member of the Massachusetts, Rhode Island and American Bar Associations.
